Our Upfront Payment Policy

To ensure we can maintain a sustainable practice and focus entirely on your care during our time together, all telehealth sessions (excluding VOCAT/FAS bookings) must be paid for in advance at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation fees apply to late cancellations and 'no shows'. Please review the full policy prior to booking or contact the service directly if you have questions.
